1^st of October, 2018, the SUSHIYA company has joined one of the biggest businesses in Ukraine – the USG Holding. The holding consists of a number of Ukrainian companies that have been engaged in hotel and restaurant management and medical enterprises for over two recent decades.

Sushiya commenced its cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on building the food safety control system in December, 2015: in the course of the joint programme, experts of IFC assist the company with development and implementation of the food safety control system in order to contribute to Sushiya’s preparation to international certification FSSC 22000.

Japanese restaurant chain Sushiya headed the list of the best sushi bars and was among top 3 delivery services based on the results of the rating “Best restaurants 2015” according to the portal Lasoon.
